This Ruby 5U4GC tube tests 58-61/40 on my TV-7D tester (calibrated 1/27/24). Brand new tubes should test 62-62/40 or higher. Tested for shorts, emission and noise. It tests slightly below expected NOS values but came in a lot of NOS tubes and doesn’t appear to have ANY use. I believe it to be new old stock. This tube is made in China. See the pictures for condition and ask questions. I do not accept returns unless the items are not as described. I’m in the process of listing thousands of tubes.
